The quick summary is that acclimation helps, you're going to sweat like a cold beer bottle, you need to rehydrate, and you will be slower. This morning's cooler temperatures and drier air reminded me of this week-old article. It wasn't really cool or dry today, but after being roasted these last few days it felt wonderful.
